ICES Director Professor John Richardson presenting the first copy of his latest book Paradise Poisoned: Learning about Conflict, Terrorism and Development from Sri Lanka’s Civil Wars to ICES Executive Director Professor Kingsley M. de Silva. Published by ICES Kandy the commentators have described this work as a “definitive reference (on Sri Lanka)” that is a “provocative, courages, exploration of Sri Lanka’s multiple crises that every person seriously concerned about stopping terrorism should read.”
