Malathi de Alwis left us a year ago leaving a large collection of incisive essays on gender and feminism, political violence and war, grief and memory.

To mark a year since her passing, ICES is pleased to launch a collection of her essays at a panel discussion featuring Sonali Deraniyagala, Vraie Cally Balthazaar, Chulani Kodikara, Kanchana N Ruwanpura, and Radhika Coomaraswamy. Caryll Tozer will moderate.
