Academy Award Winner Son of Saul (Hungary) for Best Foreign Language Film and winner of four awards at the recently concluded Cannes Film Festival, the film is about a Hungarian-Jewish prisoner in the German Nazi concentration and extermination camp Auschwitz who is forced to work in the gas chamber as a Soundakommando member . While working, Saul discovers the still-alive body whom he believes to be his son, he goes on a sort of hunting Odyssey throughout the camp looking for a rabbi to perform the proper burial for the boy.
